Return & Exchange Policy

At Amrutam Healthcare, we strive to provide the highest quality Ayurvedic products and customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.

📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The return request is made within 5 days of receiving the order.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

❗ We do not accept returns for opened, used, or tampered products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

🔁 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • You received a wrong product or quantity, or

  • The item was damaged in transit.

We will send a replacement at no extra cost after verifying the issue.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used health supplements, oils, or powders

  • Items purchased during sale or promotions

  • Products returned without original packaging or invoice

📩 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order ID, clear images of the product, and the reason for return/exchange.

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner wherever possible.

  • In areas where pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the product back to us.

  • Once we receive and verify the product, we will initiate the refund or exchange.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after collecting your account details.
